Product Launch

Hello and thank you for visiting my website, my name is Jasmin Gall, I am 20 years young, and a chef by trade. I decided to start my own truffle buisness. I am lucky enough to work with Jane and Darren Swain at Priest Creek Family Estate winery who I get my wine from. I use the wine and thicken it into a nice smooth jelly that I infuse into chocolate I make from scatch. I had the idea, and within a week, I had gotten my packaging, buisness name legallities, and recipe and was ready to start. I wanted to make a delicious treat for wine livers to enjoy, combining my two favourite things! Thank you for your support in my culinary journy.
